  • Access to Private Selection package involving Bourbon Curations planning and booking distillery tours for you
  • For personal use only; commercial use is prohibited

Payment & Refunds

  • Non-refundable purchase
  • $299 fixed charge is required to start planning distillery tours
  • Distillery tour costs + 10% Bourbon Curations surcharge is invoiced once distillery tours are booked and is required to receive distillery tour bookings
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice for future purchases

Modifications & Availability

  • Bourbon Curations, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • We do not guarantee specific tour availability or pricing from third-party vendors

User Responsibilities

  • The user is responsible for transportation and complying with all applicable travel and liquor laws
  • Bourbon Curations, LLC is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or issues arising from third-party bookings

Legal & Liability

  • Bourbon Curations, LLC is not responsible for personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel or distillery tours
  • These terms are subject to change, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
